Who We Are

Born from a ₹15,000 Frustration ParcelBuddy wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born at a courier counter.

Last year, our funder tried to send a parcel to his sister in Canada. He paid ₹15,000 in shipping fees, hoping to get a piece of home to her. Instead, he spent the next 25 days in a loop of uncertainty. Not only did the parcel never reach her, but it was eventually returned to him with zero refund.

The reason? The box contained a small toy car.

It was a baffling moment, as his sister visits India every two years and carries similar toys in her check-in luggage without any issues. That’s when the realization hit: The rules for traditional couriers are not the rules for people. Everything we are allowed to carry in our bags as travelers suddenly becomes "restricted" or "prohibitively expensive" the moment it’s labeled as a commercial shipment.

Between the exorbitant costs and the 20-day delivery timelines, our funder knew the system was broken. He started looking out for alternatives and realized he wasn't alone. Thousands of people were scouring social media groups looking for travelers—real people—willing to share their luggage space to help get a package across a border or to another city.

So he built ParcelBuddy to turn that informal search into a secure, global community.

Save money on every parcel you send - You pay far less than traditional courier services because there’s no middleman. You’re using space that already exists.

Get your parcel delivered faster - Since travelers are already on the move, parcels reach in days—not weeks. Perfect for urgent documents, gifts, or essentials.

Send with confidence, not worry - Every sender and traveler goes through ID verification. You know who’s carrying your parcel—and where it’s going.

At Huvina Technologies LLP, we simplify parcel shipping with ParcelBuddy, making it faster and affordable.
